Obituary for Willis "Bill" Calvin Smith

Willis "Bill" Calvin Smith, 76, of Radcliff, KY, died Saturday, January 13, 2018 at his home.

MSG Smith was a veteran of Vietnam. He was a life member of VFW # 10281 and the AmVets, a member of American Legion Post #113, a member of the KY Chef's Association and a member of Abraham Lodge #8 F. & A.M.

He was preceded in death by his parents; various brothers and sisters, and his wife.

He is survived by his five children, Michael (Lucy) Smith of Elizabethtown, KY, Phyllis Fox of Elizabethtown, Sherry Payton of GA, Jeffrey (Lisa) Smith of FL and Kimberly (Wesley) Allen of Cecilia, KY; lots of grandchildren and great grandchildren; his deceased wife’s children, Carol Thompson, Debbie Davis and Kevin Napier.

The funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, January 19, 2018 at Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home in Radcliff with Bro. Jeff Reneer officiating. Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff with military honors.

Visitation will be on Thursday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Friday after 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
